THE INFLUENCE OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND TEACHING EXPERIENCE ON THE PROFESSIONALISM OF PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN LANGKAT REGENCY

This research aims to determine the influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of state elementary school teachers in Langkat Regency. As for the results of this research, the first hypothesis is accepted,variableEducation(X1) has a significant effecton the Teacher Professionalism variable (Y). The second hypothesis is accepted,variableTraining(X2) has a significant effecton the Teacher Professionalism variable (Y). The third hypothesis is rejected,variableTeaching Experience (X3) nosignificant effecton the Teacher Professionalism variable (Y). The fourth hypothesis is accepted, Education (X1), Training (X2) and Teaching Experience (X3), have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on the Teacher Professionalism variable (Y). Because education and training factors influence teacher professionalism, they should increase their professionalism by continuing to a higher level of formal education, actively participating in training seriously in order to increase the skills and knowledge needed to improve performance in current and future positions, and make the best teaching experience as a teacher to become a professional teacher.
