THE INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF MIS TEACHER MAURA EL MUMTAZ, BINJAI CITY

This research aims to determine the influence of professional competence and organizational climate on the performance of MIS teacher Maura El Mumtaz, Binjai City. As for the results of this research, the first hypothesis is accepted,variableProfessional Competency(X1) has a significant effecton the School Teacher Performance variable (Y). The second hypothesis is accepted,variableSchool Organizational Climate(X2) has a significant effecton the School Teacher Performance variable (Y). The third hypothesis is accepted, meaningvariableProfessional Competence (X1) and School Organizational Climate (X2) have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on the School Teacher Performance variable (Y). In terms of professional competence, teachers should be more active in deepening theories based on the fields of science they study. Apart from that, teachers should be able to find and apply teaching methods and learning media that are in accordance with current developments and sophisticated technology. All educators should improve the organizational climate of harmonious relationships between fellow educators to provide a positive influence so that all school members feel comfortable in the school environment. Teacher performance needs to be maintained and improved, and its benefits maximized, considering that there are many benefits for schools from adopting strategic policies regarding education and teaching.
