Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of learning management training and learning material development on the professionalism of elementary school teachers in Binjai City. As for the results of this research, the first hypothesis is accepted,variableLearning Management(X1) has a significant effecton the Teacher Professionalism variable (Y). The second hypothesis is accepted,variableDevelopment of Learning Materials(X2) has a significant effecton the Teacher Professionalism variable (Y). The third hypothesis is accepted, Learning Management  (X1) And Development of Learning Materials(X2) have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on the Teacher Professionalism variable (Y). Teachers are expected to be able to prepare learning tools and apply them in the learning process because by implementing good learning management, student learning achievement will increase. Teachers are expected not to be satisfied with what they currently have. Because times continue to develop and changes in the world of education occur so dynamically, media and learning strategies are increasingly sophisticated, teachers who do not learn continuously will be left behind, even by their own students.
