Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of teacher professionalism and communication climate on the performance of state elementary school teachers 054904 Lorong Bambuan. As for the results of this research, the first hypothesis is accepted, the Teacher Professionalism variable (X1) has a significant effect on the Teacher Performance variable (Y). The second hypothesis is accepted, the Communication Climate variable (X2) has a significant effect on the Teacher Performance variable (Y). The third hypothesis is accepted, Teacher Professionalism (X1) and Communication Climate (X2), have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on the Teacher Performance variable (Y). To hone certain competencies possessed by students in the learning process, these competencies need to be explored in depth through a more effective method and approach. A principal who is able to communicate well with all teachers will create a positive perception for teachers because they think the principal can understand each other and understand the teacher's condition and vice versa because every message and direction of the principal can also be understood well by the teachers.
